After you have provided all of the required information and application fee(s), we will begin processing your application. The application process can take 1 – 5 business days depending on the timeliness of responses from current and previous landlords and current employers.
We process rental applications on a first come, first serve basis and we only process one application at a time for each property. Below is helpful information for submitting an application for one of our properties:
- Any person that will be living in the home age 18 or over is required to complete an application.
- There is a $45 Non-refundable Application Fee for each financially-responsible applicant, and $25 Non-refundable application Fee for each person over the age of 18. The application fee may be made via Cash or via PayPal.
- We will run criminal background checks on anyone residing in the property over the age of 18.
- We will verify employment and rental history of all financially responsible applicants.
- Financially responsible applicants must provide 2 current pay stubs or Offer Letter (if relocating for work).
- All applicants must provide a copy of Driver’s License or other Government Issued ID with application.
- If the property you are applying for allows pets, you must provide a picture of your pet with the application.
- Applications typically take two to three business days to process. Please note, application processing time could be delayed depending on the timeliness of responses from employers and previous landlords.
